이용약관
제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 코어닉스(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 모바일 앱 별기차 (Tiny Tracks, 이하 “앱”)의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항을 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
이 약관은 이용자가 앱을 설치하고 이용함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일 7일 전부터 이 페이지를 통해 공지합니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전부터 공지합니다.
제3조 (서비스의 내용)
앱은 이용자가 등록한 할 일(Task)을 완료할 때마다 별점을 모으고, 목표에 도달하면 이를 축하하는 습관 만들기 기능을 제공합니다. 앱은 무료로 제공되며, 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있습니다.
제4조 (데이터의 저장과 관리)
앱에 입력한 데이터는 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며 회사 서버에 보관되지 않습니다. 따라서 앱 삭제, 기기 초기화·분실·고장 등으로 데이터가 삭제된 경우 회사는 이를 복구할 수 없습니다. 개인정보 처리에 관한 사항은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
제5조 (이용자의 의무)
이용자는 관련 법령과 이 약관을 준수해야 하며, 앱을 역설계·변조하거나 앱의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
제6조 (지식재산권)
앱과 앱에 포함된 디자인, 아이콘, 이미지, 텍스트 등 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권 및 지식재산권은 회사에 있습니다. 이용자가 앱에 입력한 내용과 선택한 이미지에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
제7조 (서비스의 변경 및 중단)
회사는 앱의 기능을 개선하거나 변경할 수 있으며, 운영상·기술상 필요한 경우 앱의 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다. 앱 제공을 중단하는 경우 사전에 이 웹사이트 또는 앱 스토어를 통해 공지합니다.
제8조 (책임의 제한)
회사는 무료로 제공되는 앱의 이용과 관련하여 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 이용자에게 발생한 손해에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만, 관련 법령에서 달리 정하는 경우에는 그에 따릅니다.
제9조 (준거법 및 관할)
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 앱 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원을 전속 관할 법원으로 합니다.

1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Tiny Tracks (별기차) mobile app (the “App”) provided by QORNIX (“we”). By installing and using the App, you agree to these terms. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
2. The service
The App helps you build habits by collecting stars for completed tasks and celebrating when you reach your goal. The App is free and requires no account.
3. Your data
Everything you enter is stored only on your device, not on our servers. If data is lost because you uninstall the App or reset, lose or damage your device, we cannot recover it. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer or modify the App, or interfere with its normal operation.
5. Intellectual property
We own the App and its design, icons, images and text. You keep the rights to the content you enter and the images you choose.
6. Changes and discontinuation
We may update or change the App, and may stop providing it. We will give notice on this website or the app store before discontinuing it. We will post changes to these terms on this page before they take effect.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of this free App, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
